MARINE ENVIRONMENT CONSULTANCY

AI & Marine Robotics

Putting robots and artificial intelligence to work, to help save the coral reefs …

We are developing an autonomous catamaran that takes underwater video and photographs to survey coral reefs.

Bespoke artificial intelligence software is used to automatically identify coral species, and data analysis reveals the growth and health of the coral colonies over months and years.

Marine Centres & Education

Reefscapers established the first sea turtle rescue centre in the Maldives in 2011 – our Marine Discovery Centre at Landaa Giraavaru.

For a decade, our team of dedicated international marine scientists have studied and developed multiple conservation programs throughout the Maldives to protect the marine environment. As a result, hundreds of injured turtles have been successfully rescued, rehabilitated and released, increasing awareness of sea turtle biology, and encouraging active participation from tourists and resorts around the Maldives.

Contact us to discuss: hiring experienced marine biologists; starting your own coral propagation program; setting up a marine education centre.
